Up until this year, Vintage Albuquerque was a once-a-year event. However, many of us food and wine lovers couldn’t wait until June. So, Vintage Albuquerque spread its wings and partnered with winery, restaurant and gallery friends throughout the year to provide more culinary and vinous enjoyment, and raise a bit more for arts education as well.

In January,
Jennifer James and her business partner
Nelle Bauer (and VA committee member) of
Jennifer James 101 hosted a fabulous wine & food appreciation get-together with VA wine committee members digging into the cellars to provide the liquid treats.
In February, our new friends from Oregon’s prized Domaine Serene poured some of the northwest’s finest Pinot Noirs (and a great Chardonnay as well) at two Vintage Albuquerque events... an art & cocktail party hosted by John Cacciatore and Nancy Kozikowski at their Dartmouth Street Gallery studio and home. Our featured artist, Dennis Liberty was their to join the fun as well. The next night, Pat and Terry Keene hosted a Domaine Serene wine-paired dinner that was extraordinary. Much thanks to general manager Alan Carter and Domaine Serene for their generosity, support and incredible wine.
Of course, VA June Wine Week is still the main event with a host of events lasting 4 days that will delight and satisfy the senses We thank our “friends” for playing with us to produce these fun events and fulfill our mission, and we thank you for your attendance and participation.
